Cosmetic Gynaecology has seen an ever-increasing patient & physician demand in recent pass. Professor Magon curated a 3 years comprehensive full time residential teaching & training program in Reconstructive & Cosmetic Gynaecology, which finally got approved by National Medical Commission of India in 2020, establishing Cosmetic Gynaecology as a recognised subspeciality of Ob-Gyn. This laid the academic foundations of a new sub-specialty in Gynaecology with an aim to produce a physician completely trained in reconstructive and cosmetic gynaecological surgical & non-surgical interventions. 

After Professor Magon left AIIMS Rishikesh in 2022, M.Ch. Cosmetic Gynecology training program was unable to continue because of non-availability of any other competent faculty to teach & impart proper Cosmetic Gynecology Training. Therefore, in order to continue the academic growth of Cosmetic Gynaecology, Indian College of Cosmetic Gynaecology (ICCG), which is the academic wing of The Society of Cosmetic Gynaecology of India, engaged Professor Navneet Magon as its Dean & Chief of Faculty and started both short-term & long-term cosmetic gynecology training programs using the same curriculum & syllabus which Professor Magon had developed for M.Ch. program in Cosmetic Gynaecology at AIIMS. Based upon the varying needs of doctors from all across the world, training programs from 3 days to 3 years were established by ICCG and in last 3 years, more than 500 Obstetrician-Gynaecologists, Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists & Aesthetic Physicians have been trained at ICCG in Cosmetic Gynaecology making ICCG Trainings as the most successful training program in Cosmetic Gynaecology worldwide. ICCG currently offers a Diploma in Cosmetic Gynaecology, Masters Course in Cosmetic Gynaecology, One Year Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Cosmetic Gynaecology Program (Hybrid) and a Full time Residency Fellowship in Cosmetic Gynaecology upto 3 years duration, all of which are very successful and best in class cosmetic gynecology training programs, fulfilling varying needs of different doctors. A huge number of clinicians worldwide have been requesting to create a ONE WEEK training program with Professor Navneet Magon under ICCG, so that they can learn the art & craft of surgical & non-surgical Cosmetic Gynaecology together, and also learn about the various aspects of Urogynaecology & Regenerative Gynaecology. Furthermore, almost 50% of our Master Grads were the ones who upgraded themselves after the ICCG Diploma, once again putting their trust on us after they were fully satisfied with the training goals achieved in Diploma Courses.
